Lori Nectar Premium is a nutritionally balanced, complete feed for lorikeets, tanagers, and blue-crowned starlings, made with papaya, apple, spirulina, fresh pollen, and brewers’ yeast.
This superfood blend is rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, supporting vibrant plumage, a strong immune system, boosted metabolism, and overall well-being. It provides energy from simple sugars and nectar (e.g., sucrose, glucose), while pollen delivers protein and essential nutrients for healthy growth and vitality.
Lorikeets eat approximately 10–15% of their body weight (dry weight).
Mix with warm water to the desired consistency. We recommend a ratio of 1:4. Always ensure fresh drinking water is available at all times. When it’s warm outside (over 20°C), refresh our Lorikeet Nectar twice daily. Also remove soiled or uneaten feed daily. Captive birds tend to overeat. Therefore, feed according to body weight and based on the following table (the values given in the table are guidelines and may vary depending on the temperature, maintenance period, and breeding time).
